All engineers taken on by TOB whether new trainees or established engineers have to be assessed and if required re-trained to minimum expected standards. Through this commitment clients can be assured that any engineers attending service or breakdown activities have the ability to safely diagnose and fix any problems encountered.

As a minimum standard all engineers have to be trained to

Minimum NVQ3/TECH3 or ONC/OND level in refrigeration and air-conditioning and If having the ability engineers are encouraged to further progress onto HNC and degree level.
F-gas C&G2079 category 1 enabling them to work on all types of equipment including competency in brazing techniques.
Engineers periodically receive training as the need arises on manufacturers courses which has included, Mitsubishi, Daikin VRV, Sanyo gas fired, Trend, Liebert,

Commitment to Health and Safety through training

As a minimum standard all engineers have to be trained for

First aid in the workplace on joining and refresher course as legislative requirements

TOB has been trading since 1998 on a wide variety of air conditioning and cooling equipment from small split air conditioners to 2 MW chillers and 50MW computer room applications. They have a highly trained and motivated team of engineers giving a 24/7 call-out facility so you can pass the maintenance burden onto us and can therefore concentrate on your core business.
